PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 02/2005

In is notified for the information of all concerned that “adjudication Proceedings”, including issuance of Show Cause Notice and Order in Original, are conducted online under the PaCCS. In case the defendant wants an early hearing, he may request online or appear before the adjudicating authority ahead of the due date for early hearing. On such request of the defendant, the adjudicating authority may conduct early hearing, according to the availability of time.

2. All adjudication proceedings will be conducted by the adjudication officers during second half of office-hours in the offices on ground floor of Model Collectorate of Customs Karachi.
