PUBLIC NOTICE NO.30/2005(A) 

SUB:        ADVANCED ELECTRONIC FILING OF IGM/CARRIER MANIFEST.

In continuation of public notice No. 25/2005{APPG) dated 15.10.2005, it has been decided that, with effect from 30.11.2005, all IGMs / Carrier Declarations shall be filed electronically under section 43(4) of the Customs Act, 1969. IGMs / Carrier Declarations pertaining to vessels coming from Dubai, Jebal Ali, Kakkan, Salalah, Fujairah, Salalah, Fujairah, Bandar Abbas, Mumbai, NhavaShewa, Mundra, Kandla and Mini Qaboos should be filed 12 hours prior to arrival of vessel whereas in case of all other vessels, IGMs / Carrier Declarations should be filed 24 hours prior to arrival of vessels.
