SUB:     REQUIREMENT FOR PACKING LIST AND INVOICE IN THE IMPORTED/EXPORTED CARGO.

Please refer to Board’s letter C. No. 3(1) L&P/05dated 17.1.2005 on the above subject.

2.         In order to implement the rules laid down in sub-chapter-l of chapter XVIII of Customs Rules, 2001 notified vide SRO 450(l)/2001 dated 18.6.2001 read with the above referred letter of Board, this Collectorate has issued Public Notice No. 02/2006-Estt-(PQ)dated 5th April 2006 (copy enclosed). This Public Notice is on the pattern of Public Notice already issued by the Collectorate of Customs (Appraisement), Custom House, Karachi.
