SUB:       FACILITY OF ONLINE EXPORT GOODS DECLARATION THROUGH PACCS.

Pakistan Customs has setup a completely new online, automated Customs Clearance facility for trade in the country. This facility called PACCS, enables trade to file their goods declarations to Customs and to get their cargo cleared online over the web from anywhere in the country. This facility is being used by the importers for the last nine months. The online web environment has now been opened to benefit exports from Pakistan. With effect from March 01, 2006 it is mandatory of all the exporters to use this facility and file their goods declarations electronically through PACCS where the consignments are to be shipped through KICTL and the cargo status is CY/FCL, as per the procedure prescribed in Standing Order No. 8 of 2005.

All such exporters are requested to obtain their unique user identifiers (Id's) and Passwords from PACCS at the earliest. Please refer to our website: www.paccs.gov.pk for further details.

This Collectorate is regularly conducting sessions from 1400 Hrs to 1600 Hrs on every working day to familiarize the businesses and their agents to the business process and software of PACCS. Aforementioned businesses are also requested to avail themselves of this facility.
