PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 05/2006

SUB:              TRANSMISSION OF ALLOW-LOADING MESSAGE OF EXPORT CARGOTO TERMINAL OPERATOR.

The allow-loading message is transmitted to Terminal Operator i.e., KICT, electronically by PACCS. If, however, due to technical reasons, the KICT authorities report that they have not received the message whereas the same have been received by the exporter or his agent, the representative of Terminal Operator or exporter or his agent should contact Assistant Collector KICT, or Principal Appraiser personally or on Telephone No. 021-9214260. The Assistant Collector KICT, or in case of his absence, Principal Appraiser incharge shift at KICT after verifications from the system, shall immediately issue written orders authorizing Terminal Operator to export the container/s in question.

2.         The Assistant Collector concerned shall report the incidence to Headquarters next morning for rectification of the problem.
