SUB:  DISPOSAL OF SUPPLEMENTARY CLAIMS

In order to further streamline the procedure for disposal of supplementary claims, it is hereby order that:-

i)          The paid up claims retrieved from the record will be handed over to the Principle Appraise Incharge of the Group.

ii)         The Principal Appraiser, Incharge, will keep a separate register for the entry of these claims. He will personally scrutinize the claims and the claims admissible will be forwarded to the concerned sanctioning authority.

iii)        The claims found in admissible may be rejected by passing an appeasable order.
