SUB:              CONTAINERIZED EXPORT CARGO CLEARANCE THROUGH PACCS AT PICT AND QICT.

After the successful launch of the export segment of clearance under Pakistan Customs Computerized System (PACCS) at Karachi International Container Terminal, the Model Collectorate of Customs is now ready to start Clearance of Export Consignments CY/FCL under PACSS from Pakistan International Container Terminal and Qasim International Container Terminal. With effect from 15-01-2007 in the first phase exporters opting to utilize PACSS have been allowed to file their goods declarations for processing through PACCS.

It is also notified for all concerned that with effect from 01-02-2007, all containerized CY/FCLF export cargo from Pakistan International Container Terminal and ¹[Qasim International Container Terminal] will be declared through PACCS.
