SUB:              INVOICE REQUIREMENT FOR PROCESSING OF G.D.

It has been noticed that at times invoices do not have Addresses/ P.O. Box No. of the supplier / exporter, and at times the Telephone and Fax Nos. are also not given on the invoice. At times the invoices are not even signed by the supplier / exporter. It has been decided that no invoice without Telephone and Fax No or without Address/ P.O. Box No. of the supplier / exporter or unsigned shall be accepted w.e.f. 19-02-2007 

02.       In case of computer generated invoice or photo copy of the signed invoice submitted by the importer for the purpose of processing the import documents. The genuineness of the same shall be duly attested by the importer with their seal and signature.
