PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 11/2007(A) CORRIGENDUM

SUB:    Procedure regarding filing or import manifest, supplementary manifest amendments and submission of request for special pass for breaking bulk.

Following further amendments are being made in this Collectorate's Public Notice No.05/2000(A) dated 10.03.2000 read with Corrigendum dated 03-04-2000 and 22.05.2000 under heading “Filing of Supplementary IGMs and Amendments in IGM"

2.         No application regarding change in consignee's name and address in IGM shall be entertained in case where the Goods Declaration has already been filed claiming clearance of vehicles in terms of Personal Baggage, Transfer of Residence, and Gift Schemes under relevant Import Policy Order.
