          In view of Honourable High Court of Sindh Judgment dated 04.05.2010 in CP No. D-1584 of 2009 and in compliance of recommendation of the Honourable FTO in complaint No. 226/KHI/CUST(93) 531/2011 dated 03.10.2011, the impugned Public Notice No. 03/2009 dated 20.04.2009 is hereby withdrawn.
