SUB:        Change of Jurisdiction in respect of FCL Export Cargo at QICT, Port Qasim

            Federal Board of Revenue, vide SRO. 851(I)/dated 17.09.2011 and SRO 884(I)/2011 dated 19.09.2011 has transferred the jurisdiction of export of FCL cargo at QICT from PaCCS to MCC Exports with effect from 23.09.2011.

2.         In pursuance of the aforesaid decision, following instructions are issued for compliance by all Exporters/ Clearing Agent/ Terminal Operators and shipping Agents:

(i)          All Goods Declarations pertaining to FCL export cargo at QICT shall be filed in WeBOC system w.e.f. 23.09.2011 commencing at zero hours;

(ii)          Terminal Operators shall allow Gate-in only in WeBOC w.e.f 23.09.2011 commencing at zero hours;

(iii)         The terminal operator are directed not to entertain any shipment in PaCCS after the stipulated date and time;

(iv)         All matters relating to export cargo on or after 23.09.2011 at zero hours shall be dealt by MCC-Exports. All matter realing to export of FCL cargo at QICT before the cut-off date and time shall be dealt by MCC/PaCCS;

(v)          All shipping Agents are advised to file export manifest regarding QICT in WeBOC system w.e.f. 23.09.2011 at zero hours.
