PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 01/2013 (P)

On initiation of WeBOC system at AFU (Imports) in a phased manner from 13th February, 2013. The following is to be followe

2.          All goods declaration for home consumption (KAFU-HC) excluding the following types of imports mentioned below, for all the IGMs filed after 00.01.hrs 13th February 2013, shall be filed through WeBOC system at PIA, GERRY’S SHAHEEN and ROYAL Sheds.

a)    655(l)/2006 dated 05.06.2006

b)    656(l)/2006 dated 22.06.2006

c)    326(I)/2008 dated 29.03.2008

d)    327(I)/2008 dated 29.03.2008

e)    492(0/2009 dated 13.06.2009

f)     9917.000- Export Processing Zone(EPZ)

g)    The organization i.e. Government Department, Defense Stores (Embarkation Centre, Army, Navy, Air force), Embassies , Consulates , Non NTN Organization etc.

h)  Imports in ICG.

i)    Courier Consignments in ICG/DHL.

j)    1GM filed upto 23:59 hrs, 12th February.

3.         The relevant rules as given in Chapter XXI of CustomsRules,2001 notified by the Board vide 450(I)/2001 dated 18.06.2001 shall apply for the clearance through WeBOC system.

4.         The WeBOC-Project Office may be contacted on021-99214160, in case any problem is faced infilling of GDs for HC in WeBOC system. All concerned are advised, to get their WeBOC user IDs issued well in time at MCC PaCCS, Karachi, f not already registered as WeBOC users.
