PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 01/2014 (PREVENTIVE)
SUB: WeBOC ROLL OUT OF LIQUID BULK MODULE AT MCC PREVENTIVE OIL INSTALLATION AREA, KEMARI (K-OIL).
It is hereby informed for information of all concerned that WeBOC Project Team has developed Module for the clearance of the Liquid Bulk Import Cargo, excluding POL products, from the Port Authorities / Terminals.
2. It has, therefore, been decided that from 14th July, 2014 (00.00 hrs) onwards, all IGMs pertaining to Bulk cargo, excluding POL products, shall be filed through the automated module provided for in the WeBOC system. All the stakeholders i.e. Shipping Lines / Agents, concerned staff of the Karachi Port Trust, Liquid Bulk Terminals Operators, the Clearing Agents and concerned examination staff shall obtain user IDs from the office of the Assistant Collector, Oil Section, Keamari at the earliest so that clearances can be made unhindered.
3. In case of any queries or clarifications, the Assistant Collector, Oil Section, Keamari may be contacted during office hours.
