PUBIC NOTICE NO. 01 / 2015-EXP(PMBQ)/HQRS

Sub:       ELECTRONIC FILING OF EGM & MR AT IC3, PORT QASIM EXPORT COLLECTORATE.

            In continuation of Public Notice No.01/2011-EXP/HQR dated 28.04.2011, and in order to facilitate the exporters, and in compliance of directions given by Honorable Federal Tax Ombudsman in Complaint No.264-268/KHI/CUS(55-59)864-868/2015, the IC3 facility at Port Qasim is considered as separate shed for WeBOC system with effect from 5^th October, 2015.

            The gate-in and gate-out of goods in respect of IC3 / National Bank will follow the same procedure and treatment as being followed at other off-dock terminals. The necessary system changes are being made accordingly for IC3 facility.      

The terminal operator is directed not to entertain manual submission of MR and EGM regarding LCL export cargo pertaining to IC3. The terminal operator is directed to make necessary changes in their system before the cut-off date to ensure smooth processes.           

The WeBOC Project Office and Collectorate may be contacted in case any problem is faced in filing of export general manifest (EGM) in WeBOC system.
