Sub: INSTALLATION OF TRACKING DEVICES IN TP CARGO VEHICLES

It is informed to all concerned that from 1" July 2004, Transshipment (TP) applications received from authorized bonded carriers shall be processed only if they produced a certificate that the concerned vehicle is equipped with Tracking Devices.

02.       The Superintendent Import Section shall ensure the presence of such certificate and the E.O. TP shall inspect the vehicle and endorse on reverse of TP that tracking device is installed in the vehicle.
