NASEER AHMAD (ACCOUNTANT MEMBER).-These eight appeals, pertaining to a Government owned company, have been filed by the Commissioner of Income Tax, Large Taxpayers Unit Lahore assailing the appellate orders passed by the first appellate authority in respect of assessment years 1996-97 through 2001-2002. Mr. Amjad Zubair Tiwana, DCIT, the author of the orders which were the subject of appeals before the first appellate authority, represented the Department whereas Mr. Asim Zulfiqar Ali, ACA along with Mr. Humza Ashraf, ACA from A.F.
